Federico Parisi was born in Taormina on October 20, 1995.
His first encounter with music occurred at the age of 9. At 14, he began studying music, focusing on vocal training under the guidance of tenor Gianni Venuti from Messina.
After winning numerous awards in summer music competitions in the Taormina area, in September 2011, Federico participated in the fifth edition of the Rai 1 television show Ti Lascio Una Canzone, hosted by Antonella Clerici. That same year, he competed in three international opera competitions, consistently ranking among the winners. Among the special awards he received was “Italy’s Youngest Tenor”, presented by tenor Pietro Ballo and soprano Monica Curth di Stefano.
In January 2012, he was honored with the “Città di Taormina” Award, receiving the accolade from tenor Aldo Filistad.
Following an extensive concert career across Sicily and Calabria, in 2014, Federico participated in the Canale 5 television show Tu Si Que Vales, hosted by Belen Rodriguez and Francesco Sole, reaching the semifinals.
During the summer of 2014, in addition to performing classical music concerts, Federico opened concerts for pop artists such as Ivana Spagna, Anna Tatangelo, and Giuseppe Povia during their Sicilian tours.
From 2015 to the present, Federico has been a frequent guest on Antenna Sicilia’s television show Insieme.
In the summer of 2016, he began collaborating with Canto Lirico Siciliano, making his operatic debut in Cavalleria Rusticana and Carmina Burana in Taormina.
As a soloist, he has performed in Misa Criolla, further expanding his concert repertoire.
From October 2016 to February 2017, Federico attended several masterclasses, concluding with a final concert alongside Patrizia Orciani, Carlo Barricelli, Carlo Colombara, Michele Pertusi, Leone Magiera, and Eugene Kohn.
